been siiiiiiiick 
BUT, for probably the first time in my life I stayed almost entirely on plan while sick!
Yesterday I had a salad from the Whole Foods salad bar: quinoa/kale/lentils/tofu/boiled egg/beets and a butternut squash/collard greens soup... the only off-plan things have been a bit too much honey and some juice, mostly grapefruit. Attempting to ignore my cold today and jump right back on plan.
Phase 2
B - steel-cut oats with protein powder/blueberries/almonds/flax meal. Veggie sausage. low-sodium V8.
L - Spinach salad with sesame-peanut baked tofu. Pumpkin white bean chili.
Ss - broccoli & bell pepper slices with hummus. Tofurkey slices with light cream cheese and green onions.
D - Spaghetti squash deep-dish pie. Roasted cauliflower with tahini-lemon sauce.
dessert - Greek yogurt
Exercise: 1 hour yoga class. If possible (but not likely given the state of my lungs), running intervals (HIIT) for 20 minutes + 10 min. total warm up/cool down.

1 banana
5 pieces of nuts
2 tiny grilled burgers
spinach
1/2 slice of edam cheese
1 carrot
1 Ryvita rye cracker
1 Babybel light
Grilled chicken
Steamed cabbage and cauliflour
1/2 cup lentils

2-1/2 banana
3-1/2banana with protein ball
4-2 chicken cutlets with salad
5-1 serving of whole wheat pasta, beans, spinach, beef cubes
Exercise: 30 mins elliptical
*Had fruit y'all.... not a craving in sight!!!!! Fingers crossed about the pasta tonight
