I reached my super-ambitious goal of 2 lbs. Exactly. I dropped a couple more in the middle of the month, got sick and bumped up again. If I keep up this super-slow rate - and don't backtrack - I could reach my "goal" by the END of this summer.
ETA: had a mini-"whoosh" on the last day of the month. So I lost 3.2 lbs total and just earned my 10-pounds lost chick back
