L: skipped
D: Hibachi - I went slightly off plan here. Aside from 2 salads (ate DWs) and 1/2 of my chicken and steak with veggies combo, I tried a forkful of the fried rice and 2 pieces of Maryland sushi (it too had white rice and fried crab) and I've been sick ever since! Bathroom totals = 3 and the noises coming from my stomach, oye!

FLUSHING OUT WITH LOTS OF WATER with LEMON TODAY!
B: Plain Greek Yogurt with crystal light, baby bell lite cheese
L: leftover tofu with broccoli and snow peas with brown rice
S: popcorn (air popped - movies didn't pan out)
D: snacks for Ball Drop: Olive Garden Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip and using it to stuff mushrooms as well, veggie platter and WW pita chips with some champagne
