Did anyone manage to lose weight last month???
I sure as heck didn't...
I lost two pounds in the first week of December ... and then proceeded to gain at least four pounds in ~ three weeks. I have been pretty majorly off-plan.
Well, the good news is that I have now firmly established that I can't be left to my own devices and must plan, plan PLAN (oh, and stick to the plan).
Moving on -

I actually lost 3.5 but seem to have put 2 back on over New Year's weekend. Sometimes my body drives me crazy.
