So I think I did a great job withholding today. I ate smaller portions and was sooo full! I think that eating well for a few months has really did the trick. I did have a couple servings today of pumpkin fluff with gingersnaps!

There are a few occasions during the year when I allow myself to go off-plan for a day, and Thanksgiving is one of them.
Same here!!! Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday and I made sure to enjoy it. I was absolutely MISERABLE by the time I finished stuffing my face on Thanksgiving Day. Like LITERALLY I think I ate like 5 brown and serve rolls, LOL Now that it's over, though, I'm back on plan. I'll probably load up on lots of water for the next few days.

I did fine, and focused on my company, rather than the food. I had a small portion of anything I wanted, savored it slowly, and thoroughly enjoyed the day.
