Sunday - second T-Day dinner
Monday - scrambled tofu, sugar snap peas
Tuesday -Gypsy soup, sauteed broccoli rabe
Wednesday - cabbage, crumbles, peppers, etc
Thursday - crustless tofu quiches, twice baked cauliflower
Friday - veggie burgers, greens, and butternut fries
Baby steps, losing the holiday excess first.
Maintaining 48 lb loss since 2008, working off regain to a sensible maintenance level. 60+ lbs and counting!
