I don't know what is wrong with me today but I am having some serious cravings! This morning I wanted homefries....now I'm craving Chinese food. I loooovvvvveeee carbohydrates! Especially rice and potatoes! What to you guys do to get past your carb cravings??
Completing a clean Phase 1 was the only thing that helped me. Now whenever I really start craving it's usually when I've been off plan a little and I need another stretch of Phase 1. In the meantime lots of water helps get through cravings along with beans and dairy.
