Hello! I'm new to this forum but not new to the SBD.
In 2004, I lost 33lbs in 3 months using the SBD. I guess I got too happy with my results and went back to eating EVERYTHING. I didn't gain the weight back for a while, but now at only 23 y/o I'm the heaviest I've ever been.
A little background. I'm just out of a relatationship during which I gained about 50lbs, I call it love weight. I decided it's a good time to restart my diet and make it stick this time.
I did tweek the diet a bit to suit me, I follow all of the guideline 6 days a week. Once a week I get to cheat.
It's been 2 weeks and I've lost 11lbs!!!!
I was concerned about the cheat day at first but I noticed that I'm still pretty carb conscious even on my cheat day and I don't go too crazy! Other than my cheat day I'm strictly phase 1.
I hope that you guys can motivate me to stick to it this time. I'll be tracking my progress weekly.
