I DVR'd "The Chew" on ABC after watching it when I was sick. The show is basically 3 chefs and one health guru plus a host and they talk food, cook and dish.

On today's episode, Sherri Shepard (who is a co-host of The View but also an actress) said she was on South Beach! Carla asked her if it was hard to go to parties and Sherri said it's all about planning. It was nice to see someone on TV plug the Beach!

Any other celebrities you know that are on South Beach?

I can't think of any other celebrities that I know of that are on SBD, but I'm a fan of The View and knew that Shari was following it. That stuffed squash recipes sounds delicious, and I'm eager to try it, too. It would still be on-plan if you used whole wheat Panko.

I have an acorn squash so maybe tonight's the night!
