Thanks all. I had a little nervous breakdown when we sat to ate lunch and I was scanning the menu - i had a " I'm sick of this" bullsh!t and always eating salads,etc. DW and I talked it out and I fee better but yes.

I still have a lot of work to do. Thank you for posting here. It means a lot to know there there are people out there that "get" me...

Jenne, I think that breakdown is pretty normal. At some point we all go "ugh, I wish I could just eat whatever I want!!!" But most of us aren't lucky enough to be able to do that...okay, ALL of us here aren't that lucky, LOL

But look at what eating like that has done for you...2 extra clicks, girl!!! No being horrified when you sit down and find that you're too big for the ride...no walk of shame past the people waiting in line. It's worth it, girl!!!

And now you have something else to add to the NSV thread.
