s - chicken marrakesh from all recipes.com over brown rice

lots of water during the day

SOMETHING WENT WRONG HERE - had insatiable cravings. Too much WW in a row maybe? Ate cheese...

B. slice of very multigrain bread, 2 Laughing Cow wedges, mandarin
L. turkey veg. soup, 3 Ryvita, yogurt
D. pork tenderloin - roasted, I think - green beans, sliced tomato, pesto
Lots of water today. My diuretic is working but I think it needs more liquid to work on. Some of the water is still in me, I hope! I changed my ticker and am wondering about a true starting weight.
