Even though I'm stalled since vacation, people notice daily. One girl said omg it looks like you lost 20 pounds! I said thank you, but, no..lol. I guess cause I'm so short 10 pounds looks like 20. So, that's a victory for me!

One of my gym buddies walked up to me tonight and said "You look like you have lost a significant amount of weight!" I have never loved the word "significant" anymore than I do right now!

Great job everyone!

My BP used to be sky high even after losing 30+ pounds (pre-SBD). After 6 mos I was able to get off the meds, but my BP was always a little high (128/95.
Yesterday I let the nurse take my BP at the Sr.Center lunch-it was 113/77. That's the lowest I've ever seen it since I started losing.

I am noticing, my jeans are getting baggy and I don't like baggy jeans. (but I am loving it) Esp in the thighs and buns area, so much more comfortable.

Maybe new jeans for my birthday!

I'm on cloud nine, despite my little Thanksgiving hurdle! FIVE years ago, I asked for a sweater from Eddie Bauer for Christmas. I got it in a 2X because that was the largest size offered. It was too small, but I liked it so much I didn't want to return it. It has sat on a shelf in my closet for five long years. Yesterday while getting ready for church I decided to try it on again and it looked beautiful! I cut the tags off (finally!) and ran to show my husband. Love it!!!
