Now this looks creepy! I am down 13 pounds but not really! I went through a major water weight crisis and went from 180 to 199 in two weeks starting in October. I dropped the same amount in a week or so on diuretics so please don't be impressed. I guess I basically made no progress in the month. I'll weigh on Thursday morning and get the final verdict.
