UGHHH conflicting info online (of course)
 

Well I had some sf ff pudding mixed in with my one small container of greek ff plain yogurt last night thinking it was ok after seeing on one site online that it was....now everything I am looking at today says not until Phase 2 :o oy vey......I know it is not gonna totally kill me or anything but I am trying so hard to stay true to phase one!

So annoying.

Did you have dry pudding mix or ready made pudding?

I did the same thing, too, only I didn't get the conflicting info online...I just didn't read properly. When Cottage let me know, I simply stopped until I finished P1. No big deal.

The book is pretty clear on the topic of sf/ff pudding being for phase 2 and beyond. Websites are going to vary, if you find mixed information, your best bet is to go clarify in the book.

I'm so glad that I just read this! I've been grocery shopping today and bought a stock of ff greek yogurt to have for breakfasts, as I'm beginning to get a little sick of eggs!:barf: To go with the yogurt I also bought some ff/sf jam and ff/sf jelly to make it a bit more interesting. I also spotted some ff/sf sachets of pudding, such as banana, chocolate, etc, which I thought would be rather nice and assumed that they would be ok on SBD. Little did I know!! I've put them to the back of the cupboard until Phase 2!!

yeah it was the dry mix and it seriously was maybe a tsp or two I added in so not horrid and I am sure it won't hinder my weight loss but yup it is phase 2...must get copy of book to refer to (had already brought the one back to the library!)
