Yowzers! I finally made back to the gym for my favorite strength training class! After a 10 day (non-active!) vacation followed a 10 day sinus infection my favorite trainer just kicked my butt! I hope I can get out of bed in the morning!
Oh, I know the feeling!! It's always so hard to get back in, but it's amazing how quickly your body "re-adapts" to it. I started working out after two months off and it was so hard at first! But the next week, I needed to increase my weights again!
