I'm reading it! So far I'm impressed. I initially thought it was a companion to the SB Diet but it's really a stand alone look at our toxic lifestyles and what we can do to change it. My favorite topic is "Control the clutter, free the mind"
I also thought the chapter "The high cost of inactivity" was excellent. Of course it wouldn't be a South Beach book if it didn't include chapters on healthy food choices, and they've done a good job here.
