What did you miss most?
I'm on my 3rd week of phase 1 (as I totally blew it when I was sick and started over) and today really just wanted some bread!
Funny thing is I don't miss fruit too much. I miss fruit yogurt though.
I think this may be my last week of phase 1. I need some more variety!!!!

If I had to pick one single thing, I would pick hersheys chocolate ice cream.
But in all honesty, there's not much I truly miss. I really love eating the SB way and basically I've just replaced what I used to eat with healthier options. If it's something I don't need to eat but it's something I want, I find a way to make it happen and most of the time that means I try to make a SB version of it.

I actually don't "miss" anything. For once! I've been able to make substitutions that satiate my cravings a-ok.

Jenn, I'm with you. I have found so...many recipes and alternatives for the things that were/are not good for me. (mostly from this site!) that I feel really good about what I eat and feel very satisfied. Could we find a replacement for alcohol?

The first time I did Phase 1 was almost exactly 4 years ago, right in the middle of apple season. It was so hard to pick and process them without eating any!

I made a crustless "pizza" last night it was sooo good the recipe is on the site. And I also made a crust out of cauliflower and as strange as it sounds it surely was delicious and actually had the consistency of bread.

Ive also found that the times I truly miss carbs and bad stuff is when I let myself get hungry! Any other time I'm perfectly ok with eatin on plan. It's true what they say to not let yourself go too long without eating cause that's when you eat bad stuff and too much!
