Are artificial coffee creamers allowed? Either FF or sugar free?
I have tried to find the answer and haven't so far...I am sure it's here.....can someone point me in the right God Send! thanks

Just about every creamer out there contains trans fats, which are a big no-no on SBD. Here's a discussion from a thread in our FAQs that you may find helpful -

You are better off buying a SF flavored syrup and using milk or FF half and half.

I went from boat loads of French vanilla creamer to unsweetened vanilla almond milk and a splenda. It isn't that bad. I use the sf vanilla syrup when I need that extra kick.

Thanks to everyone who responded....I followed all the links and read and them more links....super smart people post here and I am so happy they do. I am going to use FF condensed milk and flavored splenda......
