I am really off the wagon with exercise and just need to make myself accountable again. I've gotten good at ignoring the monthly thread and frankly, just do better getting back on track when I have to come and report every night. Anyone else interested in a weekly challenge of your own choosing?
Baby steps, getting back on track 2015. Moving the next 10 lbs by the end of the summer.
Maintaining 48 lb loss since 2008, working off regain to a sensible maintenance level. 60 lbs and counting!
