I don't know of a list, but I'd be very wary of anything that says whole wheat without seeing the ingredient list myself. I tend to order either grilled chicken breasts, steak or grilled salmon (without sauces) and extra order of steamed veggies (skip the potato/rice, etc.). Sometimes a salad with that with dressing on the side. Most restaurants I go to offer something in the way of this. At Mexican restaurants I order a taco salad with grilled chicken, pico, beans, salsa, some guacomole and maybe a little sour cream. Don't eat the shell (of course). Many restaurants offer a salad which you can add a grilled chicken breast too. Last resort at fast food restaurants, I order a grilled chicken sandwich and throw away the bun. I have the worst time at barbeque joints since their sauces are full of sugar, but otherwise I can usually find something healthy to eat.
