Well ... I am ashamed to admit I gained in October. I won't know exactly how much until Tuesday morning but it won't be pretty!

I met my target exactly, 5 lbs. I really wanted to lose more but 5 lbs is a respectable and realistic target. I'm hoping for 5 more lbs in November, there's that whole T'giving thing being thrown in there. I'm trying to figure out how to make stuffing and gravy SB friendly. lol

I only lost 4 of my 6 Supposed to go to 6 Flags today but we decided against spending the money and waiting until Islands of Adventure in 7 days!

Um, I think I did too. Unless one day of clean eating can get rid of some water weight, I will have gained 2 or 3 lbs in the month of October. Nothing but bad habits to blame for that. I can't even blame Halloween candy as I didn't have but two tiny pieces all month.

to all the October LOSERS!! I hope to be one in November.

I was down 3 lbs out of 5.... but the last 3 weeks i wasn't following the SBD... We had a car wreck and i soothed myself with chocolate and ice cream on many occasions. im just thankful I didn't gain weight back
