Have any of you tried kelp noodles? I initially discovered them at my local raw food restaurant and recently found them at my local natural market in the refrigerated section!
They're clear like rice noodles and no, they don't taste like seaweed. They actually taste like...crunchy water?? Haha, that's actually the best description I can come up with.
They've been a great replacement for noodles in stir fry. I've mixed them with raw zucchini (noodles) and put pasta sauce on them. I've eaten them in salads. I love this versatile sea veggie more than I can tell you.
The best part? They're only 1 carb and 8 calories per serving!
