Default I cant believe this

I tried SBD a couple of years ago, struggled through phase 1 managing to lose about 13 pounds over those 2 weeks. But had to stop because I was feeling really sick.
I literally couldn't bear to look at another cheese stick without hurling. Well when I found out I was pregnant a few weeks later I understood that better
But I have been calorie counting, eating healthy since January and have lost 34 pounds but just wasn't feeling well.
I did sit down last week and seriously examine my diet and saw that it was mostly carbs! The vicious cycle of eat some want more. 2 days last week my energy was so low I took an afternoon nap with my daughter.
I know I can no longer ignore my insulin resistance and have decided to try SBD again.
I started on Thursday and I feel so great! I haven't wanted cookies or muffins or cereal my energy level is so high. I love SBD (when I'm not pregnant lol)
I'm down 4 lb after being stuck at the same weight since August. I feel great.
