Angie, sorry to hear about Chessa's friend. It's just unimaginable how ALS could take her life so fast..especially at such a young age.
Re:the your food question; it is so individual. I'd be fine with that, but personally wouldn't sub cheese or nuts for the apple. I'm much better off with the apple. It's an interesting task figuring it out. I'm one who just can't eat oatmeal...after I do, I want to eat everything else in sight for the rest of the day.
