Cottage, what is a bean brownie? The idea of a brownie sounds heavinly even if it does sound a little strange.

ETA: Hurray! I just weighed myself and I'm 5lbs down!!! Another 5lb to go and I'll be back where I left off this July.

My father is in town this week, so I will be trying my best to stay on-plan. Going to try for a workout in the mornings as well.

P2

1: mocha smoothie
2: salad with lots of veggies, topped with 5 bean salad and some roasted sunflower seeds
3: 1 ww pumpkin muffin (was snacky while making dinner - could have made a better choice)
4: sirloin, roasted peppers and onions, brown rice
5: apples and frozen yogurt

exercise: 3.5 mile run

2: french onion soup from food prep class
3: mango/kefir smoothie
4: hearty vegetable beef soup leftover from food prep, lf cottage cheese, piece dark chocolate
5: burrito (lean ground beef, red bell pepper, onion, black bean, cheese, hot sauce in a ww wrap, piece dark chocolate, other half of banana

Thinking about tomorrow (wednesday). I have the day off and lots of hidden goodies in the house...
roasted red pepper, red onion, cheddar omelet for breakfast?
i have some leftover cream of broccoli soup from class, lunch size, maybe... along with a choco-banana "shake"
thinking of a lemon-caper baked tilapia served with wilted kale and tomato salad for dinner
we shall see!

L. bunless California burger patty on a green salad, topped with a slice of melted mozzarella, Greek yogurt
S. Skinny iced pumpkin latte (blech!, I only drank 1/2, and that was because of how much I paid for it)
D. cauliflower steamed in veggie stock with herb & garlic Laughing Cow stirred in
S. bean brownie with a small scoop of Arctic Zero ice cream
