Should I buy SB Original or SB SuperCharged Book?

I did SB about 5 years ago and loved it but I must have got rid of my book, should I buy the original one or the Supercharged book? Also, couple questions, I used to be able to use Whey Low D sweetner, is that still allowed? How about sugar free coffee creamers like Coffee Mate? Thanks everyone!

Either book would be OK, but why not get the SuperCharged book since it's updated with all the latest changes and additions. We do keep our food lists updated in our Stickies in the FAQ section of this forum, too, so everyone can keep abreast of the newest changes.

I'm not familiar with Whey Low D Sweetener, so can't help you there. But the SF coffee creamers are a no-no because of the added chemicals and preservatives in the ingredients.

I have the old book... but I did reserve the supercharged SBD at the library - picking it up tomorrow. I just want to see what the difference is and i also like reading the testimonials
