Default Low calories for day

I am finding it a little difficult to get my calories in everyday. I find myself at bedtime feeling full and content but i go to log my calories in and I might only be 1000-1300 for the day. I had a lot of weight loss right off the bat but the last two days im stalled and i dont know if its because I cheated just a little or if its because my calories are so low. Do any of you eat even if you are full just so you have a more reasonable calorie intake for the day or do you just stick with your belly telling you when or when not to eat? Apparently it was all carbs that had otherwise filled up my day and spiked my calorie intake too high for the day

When I follow this guide I generally do not have problems with low calories. You can always add nuts & beans to bulk calories.

I eat until I'm satisfied. Some days I can eat everything on the guide, some days I cant, some days I want to eat the whole house so I think it averages out in the long run.

I have to admit I don't ever have that problem! My issue is that I tend to keep snacking even when I am not hungry.

But a couple thoughts... weight loss is not linear. No matter if you stay on plan or not, it will go up and down and stall and down and up and... well, you get the idea.

Also, what I hear would absolutely suggest that eating too little could stall a loss because your body thinks it is starving and adjusts your metabolism, but, I don't think that happens as fast as in a couple of days. That said, I know many people who try to vary calories over the course of a week for just that reason.

Weight fluctuates so I wouldn't call 2 days a real stall. Cheating will do that, yes. But it depends on the cheat too.

There are some days where my calories are 1200 and some at 1500. That's why I plan out my day beforehand and add beans if needed to boost protein and calories!

I personally do not count calories at all, but I am fairly certain that some days are significantly higher than others. Some days I don't eat very much and the foods I do eat are low cal - other days, I'm eating an entire cauliflower-crust pizza by myself for dinner! The beauty of SBD is eating until you are satisfied and that because you are eating healthy foods you should feel sustained for longer and not have the drops in blood sugar. However, I should note that I do not weigh myself daily anymore. I changed it to weekly because I was getting obsessive and over analytical of each day. This led to guilt, frustration, and confusion. Weighing weekly allows for time for the balancing out that the others were mentioning.

OP try weighing in 1x a week and I think you will like what you see.

I'm not counting calories on P1 or P1.5 but I think I will when I cross over to P2, at least several times a week just to make sure I'm staying on track. I find my fitness pal to be motivating when you log your calories and it tells you that if you keep eating like that how much you will weigh in 6 weeks.
