I'm going to start P1 again on Monday. I would start now, but I KNOW that I need to keep my carbs up a bit or I notice my running performance starting to lag and I'm doing my first race on Sunday!

Oh wait, I'm going out of town for two days then having 4 days of company. This should be.... interesting... *excuses excuses*
