Missed you chickies!!!
The end of the summer and start of school has been ever crazier than usual. I am mentoring two new teachers, raining for this run, DD1 just got braces, and I started teaching a graduate course. Somehow I do not get to the computer as regularly as usual . . .
I have made a commitment to myself to be back here starting NOW (ok - maybe Tuesday). Things are great - kids are awesome, half marathon is in just over two weeks, and I am up to 11 miles, so I think I will actually not die after all. Weight is down to end of August goal, so also technically at half-marathon goal, so everything will be on hold for the next few weeks.
I plan to spend a little lazy time this weekend reading posts and catching up with everyone. Here is hoping you are all recovered from earthquakes, floods, winds, etc.
