my martini and shrimp last night caused a small gain this morning. going to run a bit before my strength training class to hopefully shed that water weight. my family and I are having lunch with a few of my husband's professors and the local district attorney today...we're going to a little cajun restaurant...i'm hoping they have some lettuce.

I've never tried grilling broccoli! Do you precook or just put it on raw?
I just shake it in a bag with olive oil and whatever seasonings I'm in the mood for, seal it in a foil packet, and grill it. It takes less than 45 minutes, and is so good that way.
back to 1.5, my weight is the same as it was aug 1... i guess as long as i don't gain i'm okay with that. im probably building muscle so that's good...
