my martini and shrimp last night caused a small gain this morning. going to run a bit before my strength training class to hopefully shed that water weight. my family and I are having lunch with a few of my husband's professors and the local district attorney today...we're going to a little cajun restaurant...i'm hoping they have some lettuce.

P2

1: greek yogurt w/ raspberries
2: had a salad and a cup of seafood bisque.
3: spinach salad with strawberries and blueberries

exercise: 60 min. strength training, 2 miles on the treadmill

Back to normal routine yeay!

B: Green Monster(kale, banana, pineapple, water)
S: 1/2 apple
L: chick peas, cukes, tomatoes over arugula with green onion and basil, italian herbs
S: more of above
D: brown rice, steamed veggies 2 gimme lean veggie sausage patties
D: banana soft serve if I am needing it!!!

Gotta input into MFP- I need to get back into that habit!

Tomorrow's plan:

v: 2 alive!

B: Green monster

L: big salad topped with beans and tomatoes
S: apple
D: Black bean fajita salad

I've never tried grilling broccoli! Do you precook or just put it on raw?

I just shake it in a bag with olive oil and whatever seasonings I'm in the mood for, seal it in a foil packet, and grill it. It takes less than 45 minutes, and is so good that way.

back to 1.5, my weight is the same as it was aug 1... i guess as long as i don't gain i'm okay with that. im probably building muscle so that's good...

1: iced coffee w lt cream and splenda, 3 egg omelet w cherry pepper/tomato/cheddar/mozz
2: green monster (frozen mixed fruit/kale/nf plain greek yogurt/almond milk/chia/agave)
3: almonds
4: steak and zucchini pizzas

Need to get my butt in gear - woke up at 8a because of the neighbor's construction and we packed another whole room. But then napped!

well yesterday didn't go exactly as planned, but back to normal today

looks maybe like p2:
1: green monster (frozen fruit/kale/yogurt/almond milk/frozen banana/frozen peanut butter balls (contain oats)/chia/agave)
2: iced soy milk latte
3: leftover burrito (ww wrap/chicken/refried beans/roasted red pepper/jalapenos/guacamole/salsa)
4: big salad
5: grilled steak and zucchini pizzas
6: nsa fudgsicle

Feeling good, weight finally went below last weeks WI this morning since my bad WI after vaca... Yeay for green stuff!

W:- rest day, cleaning around the house
V: 2 Alive!

B: Sludge. carrots, kale, celery, blueberries, banana,pineapple

L: black bean soup, salad
