DH came down with a head cold yesterday so we ended up getting Pho. It wasn't completely on plan, but wasn't too bad I suppose.

Zeff: Pho is my home remedy of choice when I have congestion as well.

B. two tablespoons of honey followed by a Green Monster (Ground flax, cottage cheese, a peach, skim milk and spinach)
L. salad of romaine, other veggies, 2 HB eggs and maybe croutons depending on BGL
D. mini meatloaf (ground chicken), green beans, sauteed green & yellow zucchini, blueberries and yogurt
B. strawberry green monster
S. slice of sunflower & honey bread w/peanutbutter
L. leftover beans & greens
S. Greek yogurt w/chia
D. leftover spaghetti squash w/peppers, onions & tomato
S. cup of Arctic Zero chocolate ice cream
The kids are home from camp starting today - so our schedule is going to be totally thrown off!

Oatmeal with chia and an egg
S: Baby Bel cheese round
L: Chicken breast, Jell-o, Pistachios, yogurt
S: Green monster with banana and orange
D: low carb chili with lots onion & green peppers, WW with flax egg noodles
