I miss:
Potato soup
Mashed potatoes ( but not too bad)
White french bread
Bananas
Bagels

What I don't miss:
Feeling like I am going to pop because I ate so much
Indigestion from overindulgence
The feeling of disgust of myslf for what I ate
No energy
Tired all the time

I am going to join in.

I miss:
Cookies - anykind, I love cookies.
Bagels - I could probably have whole wheat ones, but once I have one, I will eat another, and another...lol.
Not worrying about calories, fat, sugar, etc

I dont miss:
My bad self-image
Those extra inches
My cravings (I still get them but soothe them now instead with a 40 calorie, sugar free fudge pop)
Feeling guilty
Size 11 jeans, buh bye
The feeling you get after a binge

I miss:

eating whatever I want and not gaining a pound
McDonald's french fries
my homemade chocolate chip cookies
baked potatoes
chips

What I don't miss:

Lack of energy
not wanting to exercise because of lack of energy
cravings
embarrassed at the swimming pool because of my body
my extra belly fat (it is shrinking)

I miss:

-Sweets
-Ice Cream
-Cheesecake
-Cookies (notice a theme? I have a huge addiction to sugar)
- Lumpia (Filipino Egg Rolls. MMMMMMMM)
- Shrimp Fried Rice
- Pizza

What I don't miss:
- Nightly heartburn/indigestion
- Periods from H**L (my periods have been so much better and lighter since I've been on SB. I also don't have TOM cravings anymore)
- Not having energy
- Not being able to find clothes that I like, because I was "too fat"
- Having to take a nap daily because I was tired (I rarely take naps anymore)
- Not going to the doctor and sweating when I got my bloodwork results
- having to buy clothes with a "w" after the size
- having to shop at Lane Bryant
- Not having a shape or a waist (or should I say being shaped like a trapezoid). I actually have a shape now that I am beginning to like!

I miss:

Pizza (the kind with the thick crust)
Strawberry and cookies soft ice cream
Chocolates


What I won't miss:

Constantly being out of breath
My thighs rubbing together (ugh)
Not being able to buy clothes in normal shops
Feeling uncomfortable in anything short, short sleeved/sleeveless, or too clingy
Being unhealthy
Feeling like everyone's judging me
Hiding when someone pulls out a camera
And most importantly... Not being able to wear most heels

I do miss:

*Being out with colleagues & being able to grab a sandwich or a pastie (nowadays it's a trek to the supermarket for a limp salad if I've forgotten to pack up one)
* Crackers. Cheese without crackers is killing me.
* Hersheys and Bud. I picked up a taste for them last time I was in the States. I have a bar of Extra Creamy in the cupboard because Asda (Walmart) were reducing them to clear & I panicked....it is still in it's wrapper though!
* Not having to scan a menu when eating out trying to find 1 thing I can actually eat without scraping half of it off.

I don't miss:

* Feeling like a fat blob and yet knowing I'm not helping the situation
* Potatoes. I've discovered I'm actually not that fussed on the taste, and after my last SB success I started eating them again out of habit.

Thats about it right now, but I'm only a day in lol. I'm sure there'll be more after a while

Sam's Club has mini-whole wheat bagels that are GREAT for portion control. Spread w/ Neufchatel cheese (I can't tell the difference) and you're good to go.

Try the whole wheat chocolate chip cookie recipe when you get into PH II. They're yummy!!! You can also have sugar-free ice cream (only 1/2 a cup, I believe) once you get to PH II.

So glad I did a double-take and saw that says "pasta" before I gave you the spiel on pizza made on whole-wheat pita bread. Oops!!!

Okay, what I miss:

* Zaxby's chicken fingers and french fries
* Fried pickles w/ ranch
* Chicken wings...oh the chicken wings (I have to cheat and have them sometimes on game day)
* Fried chicken and mashed potatoes
* Not worrying about what kind of disgusting food I was putting in my body (okay, maybe not so much)

What I don't miss:

* Standing in a room of a couple hundred people and realizing I'm the fattest one there
* Trying on jeans only to find that I couldn't find a size big enough to fit me
* Having a headache by the end of the night b/c my uniform shirt was so tight I could barely move
* My feet swelling to twice their normal size (or to the point that the bands on them would leave indentions) after a 12 hour shift
* Being laid up in bed w/ back spasms after walking a mile or standing for more than an hour
* Breathing heavily just from tying my shoes
* Picking out a cute shirt "in my size" only to find that a 3X fits snug now
* Going out w/ my friends and feeling like the guys that come up are just being nice by talking to the fat girl (I'm not kidding when I tell you that my bestfriend is BEAUTIFUL and is often compared to Jennifer Lopez)
* Always wearing a cover-up when going swimming...only shedding it RIGHT BEFORE getting in the water and then being self-conscious about getting back out of the water w/o it
* High blood pressure and a blood sugar that was awful close to getting me diagnosed as diabetic
* Being too embarrassed to go to the gym b/c of my size
* Hating going into dressing rooms and the inevitable "it doesn't fit" walk of shame coming out of there

Oh I could go on and on. LOL
