Phase 2. I couldn't resist eating the ww toast that was served with my breakfast this morning. What a treat!

B. Greek omelette (spinach, black olives & feta), ww toast, fresh fruit cup
L. Greek yogurt w/chia
D. Massaged kale w/apples & gorgonzola, 2 ears of corn w/ICBINB spray
S. Either a SBD Blizzard or the Peanut Butter Cup dessert

Cottage, love the idea of kale with apples and gorgonzola. I guess I hadn't considered it for sweeter salads.

Scarlett - maybe you aren't getting your calories from the right sources? i've been training for a marathon for a few months now in addition to teaching group classes and I'm not having any energy issues. Do you post your menus here?
