Late getting in here but ....
B. a cup of blueberries
L. at the diner - a BLT with no mayo - better than a hot dog and their salads can be dreadful.
D. BBQ pork tenderloin, 4 oz. of little new potatoes with pesto, a green salad from my own garden, strawberries
Exercise - I've been walking the Village since 9 a.m. doing tours. I should have worn my pedometer!

P1.5
B: Plain FF Greek Yogurt, 1/4 cup appleasauce
L: Salad with Hard Boiled Eggs
D: A mix of sausage, steak, chicken and asparagus and fingerling potatoes
Glass of red wine
We ate out for my Birthday which is on Tuesday. I mostly focused on the meat but had a glass of red wine and about a half a cup of fingerling potatoes. I don't know if it was the wine or potatoes or a combo of both but I'm starving and will likely cheat tonight. We have a bottle of red wine and dark chocolate almonds for tonight but I feel like something more. This is the first time I've had such hard core cravings for carbs in 3 weeks. Eating clean tomorrow definitely.
