I don't know why I'm bothering posting an MIA thread when I've been MIA for at least a couple of weeks now, LOL But I just thought I'd let yall know that I'm heading out to the beach for the weekend tomorrow and won't be back until Sunday night. Things have been super hectic around here lately and not in a good way. I hope all is well w/ you lovely ladies. See you soon!!!

P.S. Had my photo shoot on Monday. So far 5 pics have been posted as a "sneak peek" and I am loving them!!! This one is my favorite:

Awww, thanks everybody. We had a great time at the beach...very relaxing. I didn't want to come back but, unfortunately, I didn't win the lottery last night so I had to.

Mmckellen - That's my mom.

Cyndi - Yep, she is indeed my mom. Good genes...she doesn't look her 61 years, for sure.

Ruth - Yes ma'am, I will!!! There have only been 5 posted so far as a "sneak peek" but when I get all the photos back, I'll be uploading them to Facebook. Here are the other 4 photos, though. We've both decided we don't like the sitting photo. As my mom put it "it makes me look HUGE!!!" LOL

You look so beautiful and what a blessing to have those special pictures with your mom. When I was in college we did a shoot with me and my mom and I will always treasure those pictures.

Thanks!!! I am so glad we got the photos done. It's been YEARS since we had family photos done...and it's nice to have ones that show us healthier than the previous ones, LOL
