Is pineapple allowed in phase 2? It is not mentioned in the fruits to enjoy list and is high on the GI, but I've seen some debate about it in other posts on here and was just wondering what people's thoughts were... Enjoy in moderation or avoid completely? Try it and see how it affects you? I'd like to make a virgin pina colada smoothie (light coconut milk, fresh pinapple, nf greek yogurt, ice) but didn't want to get a whole pineapple and not be able to use it!
