Weighed in this morning......lost 9 lbs!!! I had to step on the scale twice to make sure it was right. My doctor said it was okay to start with phase 2, but I decided to give phase 1 a try for a week. I made it and results are great! I am going to start slowy adding in some stuff. Not too much at one time though.
Thanks! I am so pleased! I have been walking just about every day too, so I know that helped. I went today and joined Curves. I am ready to get this weight off!
