I started phase 1 today and am looking forward to results. I've done this before many years ago, and felt it was a healthy way to drop some pounds.
I was wondering if I could add my meals on a daily basis to the forum? Is that allowed? It's kind of a way of being held accountable, as well as getting advice on what I'm eating/lacking. I'm not following the book, but I am following the food list.

Yes, there are a bunch of us who started Phase 1 for the first time or on a repeat basis and there is a daily meal on plan thread here: Phase 1 on-plan Thread starting Monday, 6/13
We also usually have an On Plan weekly thread for all Phases, where everyone posts their daily menus. It is a really good way to keep accountable and also to get ideas.
