Good morning everyone.

So yesterday I ate all day. Healthy stuff. But I was not hungry. Interesting correlation between that and picking up my men at the airport? On the way home we stopped and they got fast food. Ah, the smell of fries. Anyhoo, whatever that was, I intend to be over it now.

My teen got registered for classes for the fall and seems pleased. His dorm is being ....OMG I so cannot think of the word for when you update an old building!!! Memory Yikes. I am pretty sure it starts with an "R." Oh this is killing me.

Nothing planned for today. Teen and hubby have a meeting about their upcoming trip to camp in the Boundary Waters and I think DH is going to say he's not going. I admit it, I was looking forward to more "home alone" time.

Have a great day everyone.

I'm back! Got the word, finally. Renovated!!

Good morning!

I'm not sure when I've had a busier weekend but I was determined to make a minute to pop in here this morning, since I read but never got around to posting yesterday. I was glad to see what the rest of you were/are up to though.

The youth group sale went really well, though we didn't raise as much money as we'd hoped. The kids were great sports, lugging tables and boxes of things to sell in and out of the garage, dodging raindrops and hordes of mosquitoes all day and laughing and staying cheerful the whole time. They really are a great group of teens.

I've got so much more end of the school year work to get done today, as well as finishing up the final details for the youth group presentation at the church this evening. None of my tasks are especially difficulty, I'm just feeling overwhelmed by how much I need to get done between now and Tuesday. I go through this every year, so I shouldn't let it stress me out - but it always does.

Enjoy the rest of your weekend, friends!

Good Morning

I've read everyones' posts and the consensus seems to be busy! It's the time of year, for sure! Me, too, I never even got back here yesterday.

My mom and I are heading to the Western Slope for 24 hours. There is a class today taught by my yoga teacher that I should attend since I'm taking over her classes in August. I probably wouldn't go just for that but it wouldn't hurt to check on the garden and our water timers. I will try to avoid mowing the lawns.

Natasha, thinking of you as you move towards your officers' funeral. Such a difficult time.

Take care everyone!

Back from Kingston after a very meaningful wedding ceremony followed by a delicious dinner and then dancing. My dress was exactly right and I had a terrific time.

Now it's back to reality and really healthy eating.

Happy Sunday beachies!
Such busy plans we all have! Today I'm spending some quality time with my fiancee - probably go to the movies. Then go for a short horse ride, then buckle down for some meal planning and grocery shopping.

Ruth, I'm glad you had fun at the wedding and enjoyed that gorgeous dress!
