Default Think I may need to do a complete 2 week Phase 1 again

After blowing it big time yesterday, I completely went off plan at lunch today (had chicken and veg tempura bento box, which included dumplings and white rice, plus I ate some of my friend's daughter's tempura which she didn't want). I've been so back and forth, up and down, and I really feel like I need to get focused again. I'm thinking about doing a full two weeks of Phase 1 again, starting this Monday. Anyone want to join me?

Love the picture! I'm doing okay right now so won't be joining in but will be here rooting you on! I've had to go back on PH1 many times and it sure does make a difference with the cravings and getting back on track.

Matilda - I love the new pic! I'll be hopping back on for at least a week. I was doing great until the birthday-a-thon but after the lunch pie I could feel the cravings almost immediately. My doctor leans more toward Atkins with fruit anyway and is happy to see me off grains. Long way to say I'm in and it will be great to have someone else to be accountable too

Matilda~It looks like you have some comrades and some cheerleaders! I'll be in the cheering section.

I seem to be in the groove right now with P2. I found my focus to be very poor with subsequent P1's so I stick with what I can do with success. My ticker moves very slowly but it's going in the right direction which makes me happy.

I love your new pic! Did you just have it taken?

Matilda, I love your new avatar, too.

I am so tempted to attempt a full Phase 1 again, but darn it is going to be so hard with all the summer fruits and berries. And I just bought a case of blueberries. I guess I could freeze them all. And it will be for only 2 weeks.

I know, I know. Excuses, excuses. But I really need a clean Phase 1 to detox and get rid of these cravings for sweets. I've let myself get sloppy lately. I'm going to give it some serious thought over the weekend.

I'll join you. I'm new to sbd and I plan on starting this Monday. I'll need some tips and motivation to keep me going. I can live without bread and potatoes but I love fruit especially berries and pasta. I think plain yogurt will also be a challenge. I'm hoping this will finally be the key to help me lose the weight I've been trying to lose for the last 1.5 years.

I've been totally off plan on vacation, and I'm really needing to refocus and remind myself what SBD is all about, so I want to do phase one again when I'm back on Tuesday.

I've got a couple of goodbye dinners, my own birthday, and a move coming up in the next week and a half. I don't want to set myself up for failure before starting... so I'm not really sure what to do.

I've been really lax lately and I think I need to jump back on phase 1 as well to get my head back in the game. I'm not sure if I'll do a full two weeks, or only one, but I'll definitely be starting with you on Monday!

Considering I haven't seen a new number on the scale since Mid-March, I'm in. I need to get back int he habit of eating healthy, not eating lazy. It's a shame I'll be missing out on summer fruit, but they'll still be there for me in 2 weeks when I can really enjoy them!

I will, however, have one off plan meal during that period, (5 year wedding anniversary, woohoo!) but I know that I can stick to just one meal if I hold myself ccountable to all you guys.

I'm ready to start over also. Had a mini camping trip and gave in to the hotdogs and smores. lol. which led to more cheating..

So I am IN to restart with phase1....
yay for us
