Default What is phase 1.5???

I have seen some postings about phase 1.5 and I am curious about it. Is this like a transition to phase two?? I am in day 4 of phase one and up until today have been okay, but for some reason I am sooo tired and cranky. My doctor told me it was okay to go to phase 2 to begin with, but now that I am in day 4 of phase 1, I don't want to just quit but I don't feel that hot either. Will this pass???

It will pass! Think of this period of time as detox. Once all the sugars and "bad carbs" leave your system you will start to feel better. Keep it up!

Phase 1.5 is just a really slow transition to phase 2. Some people add just one fruit or grain a day to see how their body reacts, rather than jumping right into oatmeal with berries for breakfast and a whole wheat wrap at lunch.

My January Goal: 131.0
Jan 2nd re-start: 135.1
Feb 1st (total Jan loss): 130.5 (4.6 lbs lost!!!)
