I thought about blowing it... but I didn't :)
This evening I thought about ordering a pizza because I haven't gone grocery shopping yet, that's Tuesday, and I am running low on snacks that are on my diet... henceforth, I let myself get hungry and started craving pizza. But then I started thinking about the reasons why I am on this diet... all those reasons that I started brainstorming for my card that The Beck Diet Solution, that I've yet to write down. Bikini's and confidence don't come from eating carry out pizza even if it has veggies on it!
I'm very proud of myself. I've been drinking tons of water. It makes my bladder feel like the size of a pea... haha. It's day 5 of phase 1 for me and I love it! I went from 220.0-211.8. |

Glad to hear about this book. I am hoping it will help me to not regain the weight I have lost when I hit goal. My library is getting it for me from another library.
