So apparently a relaxing and celebratory vacation meant "South Beach who?" I thought I'd be better than that, but let me tell you how much I started to miss it and longed to get back on track. What kind of diet is this, anyway? Where it's missed and it feels so good to follow? It does mean work, though, which I was incapable of for 4 days (you only turn 30 once!). Can't see an excuse like this coming along again for a looooooong time.
I gained a whopping 7 lbs!! Hopefully all water... I almost died. Shoulda never stepped on that scale, but I want to learn my body.
So ladies, my question is, P1 for a week? Or should I start over with 2 weeks?
