For greek yougurt..what percentage of fat can it be?

I just discovered greek yogurt..and im just wondering what percentage of fat can i have in the greek yogurt? aka: 2% 1% Or can it be higher than 2% cause some are 5%

It is recommended that you stick with lowfat dairy. Greek yogurt is so creamy and delish even the nonfat varieties taste like a cheat. Just make sure you get plain and add your own sugar free sweetener or fresh fruit if you have moved to Phase 2.
