Default I am so happy!

I got on the scale this morning (3x) and it kept reading 213! I have been stuck between 216 and 217 for over a week, and have become slightly discouraged. However, this morning I was so surprised. I hope that it reads the same (or less) tomorrow. Although I am on P2, I had a mango last Sunday (my first day on P2) and have not had anything P2ish since then, I have had all P1 foods. Last night I really really wanted sushi, so I went down to my favorite sushi place and got mine made with brown rice. I was surprised at myself, because I only ordered half of what I normally get. To put that in perspective normally then send me home with 3 chopsticks and enough sauce for 3 people....little do they know I sit down and eat it all alone So last night I got one whole roll, and a half roll. It was delicous, I was satisfied, and although I anticipated a possible gain today it was a loss. But I do NOT think I can start eating sushi everyday LOL. Have a great day everyone, I just wanted to share my happy morning.

CONGRATULATIONS! Its always a great feeling when you get past those humps. I find that if you give in every once a while for something small ( I dont mean for the whole day you get to pig out) it really helps with the rest of the time.

Congratulations! This just goes to show that you should not give up when the scale doesn't budge. I'm glad you hung in there and were rewarded with a nice little drop.
