This week, I want to stay on plan every day and exercise 5x!
15 Crazy cravings... but stayed on plan!
16 Nope. Didn't do it. Was ok until 8pm... then we went for ice cream. D'oh!
17 On plan. No exercise.
18 on plan, no exercise.
19 On plan WITH exercise
