Ok I made a black bean salad and put one can of unsalted corn in it which I know corn is a no no but the salad made about 7 cups so it was really very little corn how bad is it eating this?
Which Phase are you on? I would not eat corn in Phase 1 because of the sugars but I sometimes eat small servings of whole corn now. If you are in Phase 2 just try a little and then watch for any problems. If it doesn't bother you then you are probably okay with occasional small servings mixed into other dishes.
I don't think corn is catastrophic in Phase 1, but I am one of those who believes a totally clean 2 weeks is key to success. It also just makes everything after much easier, for me easier than I ever imagined it could be. I would experiment with the recipe once you're settled in Phase 2 though, since it's such a small amount of corn per serving.
