Good evening beach blanket babes!

Again, I'm a bit late but have a good excuse this time.
Ruth, your comment about enough fussing about things that one can't change really meant a lot to me today. You aren't the only one getting raindrops today and while driving home this afternoon, we got right in the middle of a gullywasher - huge drops and coming down in buckets but thank goodness it didn't last long.
Cyndi, could you find a minute to share the recipe for your "vegetarian cassoulet thing"? If it's your favorite, sure would like to know what you invented. Also, would like to know how the dehydrated sweet potato chips turn out if you make them.
Nat, thanks again for the zucchini puff recipe. I made some this afternoon and really really liked them. I can see that I'm going to have to be careful not to overeat this one too.
Rose, better safe than sorry girl. Can you tell that I watched part of The Wizard Of Oz this afternoon

?
Sophie, welcome home.
To everyone else already here and for those yet to come

and hope you all have had a good relaxing weekend.
Now for me, good news and some not so good.
The good news is that I'm on plan and the scale has finally decided to be nice. The bad news is that my heart is back in Afib. It's only been two months since the last event so this is not a good sign. Went to the ER today and although they wanted to do a conversion, they felt it was just too dangerous so I will see my cardiologist as soon as possible. In the meantime, I can function but barely so will need all of your well wishes, and vibes to stay strong and on plan until I get through this. Hopefully the docs will be able to come up with a "fix" one more time.
Until next time.
