OMG!!! Week 1 Weigh-In

Start weight: 174.9, today: 165.1 - that is 9.8 lbs!!!!! :cp:

I am SOOOO excited!!! I never expected that much of a loss in 1 week!!! I was praying for that much of a loss in 2 weeks!

Sure makes P1 easier knowing what a difference it is making!

Melanie - no tricks! I have definitely been very strict on the guidelines, and don't believe in using artificial sweetners, so have not had anything sweet at all!

BTW, dh was down 6, so we are both doing great!
