Hello, I'm new to this website and to South Beach. I've always been an avid Weight Watchers girl but after years of losing and gaining the same weight and NEVER making it close to goal, I've come to the realization, I need to try something new! I'm on day 7 of Phase 1. I have a question about quinoa, it's really high in protein, but it's also a grain. Is it allowed in Phase 1? I don't even see it mentioned it Phase 2, but I'll be adding it then for sure. I will be sure to post my first week of weight loss tomorrow!
